Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine Wet & Dry Cordless Vacuum

The Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine is a lightweight all‑in‑one wet and dry cordless vacuum that vacuums, washes and reveals microscopic dust in a single machine. Powered by a Dyson Hyperdymium™ motor delivering up to around 140 Air Watts of suction and up to 60 minutes of run time, it deep‑cleans carpets while the Submarine™ wet roller head washes hard floors with clean water only.

Key Features

• All‑in‑one wet & dry cleaning – Submarine™ motorised wet roller head picks up liquid spills, debris and tough stains from sealed hard floors while the dry heads handle carpets and rugs.

• Powerful Hyperdymium™ motor (≈140 AW) – Digital motor spins at up to 125,000rpm to deliver 140 Air Watts of fade‑free suction for whole‑home deep cleaning.

• Up to 60 minutes run time – Advanced seven‑cell lithium‑ion battery provides up to 60 minutes of cleaning in Eco/Auto mode, with consistent suction across the clean.

• Laser dust illumination (Fluffy Optic™ head) – A precisely angled green blade of light reveals twice as much invisible dust on hard floors so you can see where to clean.

• Piezo dust sensor & Auto mode – Sensor counts microscopic particles up to 15,000 times per second, automatically adjusting suction when more dust is detected.

• LCD screen with real‑time feedback – Screen shows power mode, remaining run time and a particle‑count graph of what’s being removed, plus alerts for maintenance like filter washing.

• Whole‑machine HEPA filtration – Fully sealed HEPA system captures 99.99% of particles and allergens as small as 0.1–0.3 microns, expelling cleaner air back into the room.

• 11‑cyclone Root Cyclone™ technology – Eleven cyclones generate forces up to 100,000g to separate dust and dirt from the airflow, maintaining strong suction.

• Submarine™ hydration system & dual tanks – Eight water jets evenly hydrate the microfibre roller, with a 300ml clean‑water tank covering up to 110m² and a separate 360ml dirty‑water tank capturing used water and dirt.

• 0.35L hygienic ‘point and shoot’ bin – Bagless bin empties in one action, driving debris deep into the trash without users touching the dirt.

• Lightweight, slim design – Dyson’s most powerful lightweight wet and dry cordless vacuum at about 3.1kg total weight and 1,247mm height for easy use on floors, stairs, high areas and in handheld mode.

• Versatile tools included – Typically supplied with Submarine™ wet roller head, Fluffy Optic™ cleaner head, Digital Motorbar™ or Motorbar cleaner head, combination tool, crevice tool and hair screw tool for pets, sofas and cars (kit may vary by region).
